Khamai Foundation is an Ecuadorian non-governmental organization (NGO) created in 2022. It’s goals are to rewild heavily threatened biodiversity areas, promote research and conservation of tropical biodiversity, and help mitigate the effects of global warming. Khamai is the parent organization of the Pitalala Reserve and the Biodiversity Field Lab.
